Okay, I’m bein’ all risky with this one. I don’t want it to move too fast, but I don’t have any idea what to do! So, here we go? Previously on Waves: Marcela and Jasmine didn’t make very good impressions on each other. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ M arcela I slowly opened my eyes, only to shut them tight again after being blinded by the golden rays of sun shooting through my open blinds. I pressed my fingers against the olive-green wall, aimlessly searching for the window’s chain. I eventually found it and yanked it, closing the blinds, and making me able to open my eyes and see again, only to close them once more so I could rub the sleep from them. I opened them for the last time and sucked in a little yawn, not having the energy to construct a bigger yawn. As my feet met the chilly, stilted floor, I cringed, wanting to climb back into bed and be dead to the world. But, knowing me, I wouldn’t be able to fall into another slumber after waking up. So, I just wrapped myself in my comforter and stumbled down the stairs. As I started to pad into the kitchen, I saw something on the front porch from the corner of my eyes. I squinted my eyes and leaned towards the porch a bit. I grinned as I saw familiar, perfectly sculpted, dirty blond hair that evidently belonged to Justin. It was peeking above one of our lawn chairs. I didn’t wonder too much why he was out there. I just dropped my comforter on the brown, plushy couch …
