Question by Piece of Mind: Any creative ideas for this…?
I’m trying to find a way to attach a pen to a few dozen metal folding chairs so that those sitting behind these chairs can use and return the pen when finished.

Requirements:
1) Nothing can be permanently attached to the chair; the device must be able to be removed and re-applied any number of times.
2) The “pen” can be any writing instrument.
3) The device must be available for purchase or made using materials that are available for purchase. This must be proved by providing a web page reference (unless it’s a very common item).
4) The solution must look professional (e.g. “duct tape” can solve almost any problem, but usually doesn’t look very nice.)
5) The total cost per each pen and its associated attachment device must be $ 1 or less.
6) The device must be quiet (e.g. no Velcro).

Magnetic solutions are welcome. I’ve considered attaching magnets to the pens, but that risks violating #4 above – not a very graceful solution.

Thank you all for giving this some thought!

Best answer:

Answer by Kelli M
I am not sure how to do it, you would need to play with it.. but some fabric and some hot glue and you should be able to make little magnetic loops… see if you can visualize what I am saying… a small round magnet with a fabric hoop glued to it. the magnet would attach to the chair (for as long as you needed it) and the pens would slip onto the loop (noiseless & cute)

What do you think? Answer below!

question complicatedwoman : What does this dream mean ?
I had a really weird dream last night. wonder if it mattered .. ok, so I was out with my family and some other people in a park, we were all in this rather large tent sitting in chairs talking and flip. in my dream, “remember” my brother (I think) tell me never to eat this particular type of bird that had a really weird name I can not remember. happen because bad passed, or something like that. I was out in front of the tent and have the birds, they looked like little toucans fly to some odd fruit trees. I really wanted to feed them and do not really think my brother. The next thing I remember, after consultation with my family again, some random kid I knew in my dream around the tree and grabbed a piece of fruit threw a piece of us all wanted to feed them. the birds from flocking to us, but before I start a feed, it started to get really windy. tent began to fly into the air by wind. all of a sudden, instead of the huge tent it once was, it was a small tent. a guy who was in the tent in front of us held him down by the wind to help me and my brother out. I dont know whats happening every second .. we both got out and ran away, not thrown by wind. after running a while, threw the wind hurled into the sky and me in the back of the strain of travel on the highway. My brother had suddenly one of my friends from my class story, Jessica. as they flew by I caught her and pulled her back and we went into the car threw the rear window. Jessica went back to my little brother. The woman driving the truck was there and we noticed was surprisingly nice and said she would take care of their errands, she had to do to the city. 1. The station was in a museum that I’ve seen anywhere ever seen. We went in and me and my brother looked around. It had made itself into a Barnes and Nobles of any kind. We met with the nice lady because she had to go to the second floor. The lady went upstairs to the second floor, but when I tried to up them, they were too steep for me to get up without a start, I fell down again, pulling my bro with me.
Article by Laizza Watson

Just as much you enjoy the comfort of the hardwood chairs, you will also enjoy the convenience that plastic folding chairs provide especially during gatherings.

We all know that in every party no matter how large or simple the event is; necessitate using chairs and tables. And, arranging the chairs and tables is not easy. And what if you use hardwood chairs? Can you imagine how task-full it is carrying that heavy furniture?

Well, in the case of an event, the best solution is to use plastic folding chairs. The simple things to describe this type of chair are lightweight, durable and affordable.

Plastic-made foldable chairs are lightweight. They are made of lightweight but durable material thus, using it is easy. Without spending much of your energy, you can carry the chairs conveniently to transfer them from one place to another.

Durability is also the benefit that you can get from this type of chair. This variety of furniture is made of hard-wearing plastic material for the back and seat. The frame that supports the back and seat is made of powder-coated stainless steel. The chairs guarantee to stand on heavy-duty usage. It can resist weather and elements thus you are able to use the chairs outdoor.

Plastic folding chairs have elegant colors, styles and designs. You can choose from the large selections of elegant chairs and have the venue of the event to look gorgeous. That way, guests would not only enjoy the party but also the setting arrangement.

Another great reason why folding chairs is widely used is its affordability. They are much less expensive than the fixed chairs. Thus, in the price of one hardwood chair, you can probably purchase two units of foldable chairs. Owning foldable chairs is not only for gathering events. You can bring it anywhere you go like in the beach or park. Foldable chairs are ideal for travel. You just need to fold the chairs flatly and carefully place them in the compartment. It can save space for other things that you need for the picnic.

You can search the internet to see the large collections of the folding type of chair. Compare the prices, qualities and appearance of each unit. It may take much of your time doing that but it may be worth to do it to acquire the best units.

Setting up the venue can sometimes be fun and easy. And in the case of utilizing plastic folding chairs, you can certainly arrange the venue with a smile.

Question by Sarah So Silly: To all you people who hate “black people”, explain this to me?
Since you hate people of black decent, you obviously don’t like:

Jackie Robinson, Barack Obama, Ursula Burns, Rosa Parks, MLK, Frederick Douglass, Tiger Woods, Will Smith, Lil Wayne, Benjamin Banneker, Mary MeLeod Bethune, Tyra Banks, Oprah Winfrey, and that’s just a couple names off the top of my head.

Since you don’t like Obama, you hate the thought of free health care, you really don’t like the environment(Mar. 30 2009 – Obama signs the Omnibus Public Lands Management Act of 2009, which serves to protect two million acres of land and creates a new system of land conservation for the Bureau of Land Management.), and you must despise a fair paycheck(an. 29 2009 – Obama signs the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. Reducing discrimination based on gender, age, religion, or race.)

Ursula Burns: CEO, Director of Xerox Corporation. Xerox reported revenue of $ 17.6 billion in 2008. Burns received a bachelor of science degree from Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1980 and a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University in 1981.

Tiger Woods: Okay, maybe I shouldn’t have included him, but besides that fact that he was unfaithful to his wife, he is a damn good athlete..and pretty damn sexy!

Will Smith: He’s a great actor. He made Music that didn’t have any foul language or anything offensive in it. He is a wonderful father, Husband, and overall person. And, again, good looking.

So, you can call “black people”, dumb, and I can prove you wrong.
You can call “black people” lazy, and I can prove you wrong.
You can call “black people” worthless and incompatible, and I can prove you wrong.
This goes for all races.
