As a child my Aunt and Uncle made my siblings and i a homemade Teepe. It was made out of 1 x 4′s and just reg. material nothing special but the boards were sewed in to the cloth and all u had to do was gather it up like one of those folding camping chairs. It looked fairly simple. I can’t find a pattern any where. I am a Cub Scout leader and i would love to do this with my boys! please help if you know how to do this or if you have a fairly simple pattern. While i think i remember it i was only 8 and it may have been harder than it seemed.

Get three or five lengths of bambo, at home depot, it will be your base, tye them at the top and spread them out to the size you want, then take your fabric and pull it around, bunching it at the top as well, tie the fabric. on the inside of the fabric stitch elastic slots, the bambo will go through the slots to hold everything in place. this is a very rough sample, but I hope you can picture it.
