I am trying to give my daughter a beautiful wedding on a budget. rental is $ 2.00 a piece online. Can I make them and does anyone have a patten? Answer by Suz123 If one is on a budget, I suggest skipping the chair covers. Once people are seated, no one will actually notice the folding chairs. I promise. Once bodies are in the chairs, no one notices.
If truly on a tight budget, skip the chair covers. Spend your money on plenty of good food and beverages. People will notice that.

Question by ynra BTB 4-18-09: Did you or will you use chair covers for your wedding? Should I?
here’s the deal. I wanted to rent chair covers for my wedding. I feel that if you are going for the elegant, sophisticated look then you should use chair covers. but the problem is that my guest list keeps going up and that means the cost of the rental goes up also. so i’m debating whether i’m doing the right thing or am i wasting money by getting the chair covers. Does it really make the room more elegant.
thanks in advance.
P.S- the chairs in the hall are really nice they aren’t plastic or folding chairs.
the chairs are black

Answer by brwneyes I am having my wedding reception in a 4 star hotel in Las Vegas right off the Strip. The chairs are comfortable, cushioned banquet style chairs. I am getting chair covers because the chairs don’t match my colors.
If the chairs are nice and aren’t colors that would clash with your wedding, then I think it is fine not to get chair covers.
