I have had hundreds of offers to help with this project and it reaffirms why my wife and I chose to live and raise our children in the town we both grew up in, Irondequoit! In 24 hours we managed to do what our Town government was unwilling or unable to do in 13 years. I had commitments from Home Depot, Target and Irondequoit Lawn and Landscape and Cams Pizza to makeover the interior and exterior and grounds of the Pinegrove Community and Senior Center in late March valued over 0000. This project was stalled due to politics and we have lost over 0000 in donations and offers because of the delays. Our Senior Citizens have gone without air conditioning in the Hot Summer days, and forced to sit on metal folding chairs with worthless amenities for years while our Town Board and Administration did nothing.
