This suite has a location that can not be beat! It is 5 minutes from Long Bay beach by car, 15 minutes by foot (very hilly walk but doable). The Blind Man’s Suite is located on the 2nd floor and had it’s own designated parking space for 1 vehicle. The suite boasts a full kitchen with a refridgerator, gas stove and range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooler, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There is no dishwasher. The living/dining room doubles as a 2nd sleeping space with a sofa bed and folding doors that can close off that are from the kitchen. The common space also had cable television and 3 barstools. Once you head toward the bathroom you’ll find a iron and full-sized ironing board just across from the fully stocked linen closet with plenty of clean sheets, bath and beach towels for your stay. The bathroom has a small cabinet under the sink, full tub and shower and a window. The bedroom is the highlight of the suite, sunken into the unit with a smal spiral stair detail that I just loved! The room is so HUGE the king sized bed seems tiny. There is a free standing chifferobe and a dresser with mirror. The tall louvered windows let it lots of natural light from the northern side of the island as well as the constant soothing sounds of the waves crashing against the shore of Long Bay beach below …
