    I agree with Zombie,

I mean, exactly what sort of answer are you expecting here ?

Get some material, drape it over the chair and then sew each end around the metal pipes

Believe it, or not, there are patterns available for them. Check your fabric store.

But if it’s for a wedding or another type of gathering, you’re better off renting them.

    You choose.

Does the seat come out? If you can take the seat out then you could just glue the material on to the underside or us elastic to hold it on by running it both ways in a X shape under the seat. If you do either one you could put padding under it.
If you made a cover for the whole chair you could not fold it up without taking the cover off.
Also, if you don’t like the color of the chair you can spray paint it. Colors come in cans that are easy to use – just don’t stand too close and spray evenly in one direction at a time.

Just get you a lot of pillow cases…lol you have all patters and sizes to choose from. Just have to do a little adjusting (what you dont use on seat, cover back) Simple and Cheapest i can think of,actually I have done it and it turned out nice. You can easly add padding if needed….
