Maybe at a fabric store; more certainly at a store that sells upholstery fabric.

   You should be able to get it at the local hobby/craft store. Also, call Wal-Mart, Shopko, Costco etc. Those stores have a sweing dept usuall. They might have bolts of canvas that you could buy yardage from.

   The town I live in has canvas awnings over the front of most all shops downtown and the metal frame and canvas covers are made by a local co. I would check to see if there is a awning manufacture in you town and I bet you could buy from them or even better get some scraps for free.
