that are low to the ground and fold up (in a bag) where I can find them? I know that someone makes them but can’t seem to find them anywhere.

im sure that maybe u can find them at peir 1 in the cummertime or in florida lol

(as long as you know exactally what they’re called, otherwise you’ll have a hard time finding what you want). As for physical stores, I highly doubt you’ll find any this time of year unless you live far down south where it’s permanently summertime warm.
Otherwise, your best bet is to wait for summer to roll around, then go meandering through some stores in search of them (or call ahead and ask to see if the stores have them). Pier 1, Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, etc. etc. etc.
