These are very sturdy, very roomy chairs. I replaced the typical folding camping chairs in a bag with these. We use them for tailgating, soccer games, and campfires. The seat area is wider, so there is not that “pinching” feeling on your thighs that most folding chairs give you. The folding side table is much better than just a cup holder that you get with most chairs. The side storage pockets are good for a cell phone, keys, books or newspapers. They are lightweight to carry, but could use a sholder strap or sling.

Very stable for its light weight, and reasonably comfortable, with a fabric that’s easy to clean and that dries quickly even after being left outdoors in heavy rain. Very much envied at picnics, especially the little side table! Does not get five stars, however, because instructions about securing the back were inadequate. Therefore, be sure to complete assembly before leaving on your vacation trip, and plan on having a screwdriver handy.

I ordered 2 director chairs that arrived dirty and missing parts. I had to pay for the shipping for these chairs that did not arrive as described AND I had to pay for the return shipping! When an item arrives defective for which the customer has no control over, the customer should not have to pay for the shipping! I will never order from this company again.

When I received this Directors Chair, it was covered with plastic. NOT JUST ON THE OUTSIDE. Very disappointed that they left all the plastic on the metal. Including under the rubber. Almost impossible to take off. It took me over 20 minutes to just take the plastic off of what I could. The chair still has plastic in areas that I couldn’t reach. Truly they could have just left the plastic on the outside of the entire chair. But, aside from this the chair is fine.
