When I was younger, everyone had these basic lawn chair that would lay down flat or you could adjust the back to the angle you wanted. I have been looking for some of these and can’t find them anywhere. I would like to be able to go to the beach and not have to lie on a blanket.
Any kinda of chair that I have seen that somewhat resembles one of these are expensive and the one I speak couldn’t be very expensive.

Big Lots has them. So does Kmart. Look in the areas near the pool supplies and floats and such, not where they have the patio furniture. The cheapies are over near the seasonal pool items.
