I copied this information from a wrestling source listen to this statement made by the WWE company
WWE.com is reporting that the following has officially been added to WWE’s Wellness Policy:
“WWE has eliminated using folding metal chairs to ‘strike’ an opponent in the head. The WWE penalizes through fine and/or suspension the following: The intentional use of a folding chair to ‘strike an opponent in the head. Any blow to the head that is deemed an intentional act.”
Okay now how many people agree with me that WWE has become the most stupid wrestling company of all times?
I’m glad that after wrestle mania 26 I’m not watching WWE anymore.

This is bad man…TNA would always alow chairs.

Lol, people obviously have no idea how much the chair shots hurt.
THEY HARDLY HURT, it’s like if someone goes to punch you with no force you still tense and clench.
These days in the WWE, the wrestlers use like no force at all so how someone can get a concussion i don’t know. From ECW type match ups then yeah but not one shot to the head with no force.

They are not doing away with chair shots completely!!! Learn to understand the written word. They are getting rid of the ones to the head!!!!!! For the health and saftey of the wrestlers!!!!

Don’t you realize the damage that can be done by metal chair shots .. to the head ..or anywhere else, actually ? So YES; it is a GOOD thing to ban chair shots …. to the head .
YOU try taking a chair shot , with a METAL chair … and see how well you like it …. You WON’T !!
